If you would like us to add a personalized gift card with your gift just type your chosen message into the "Gift Card Message" section after the required credit card expiration date section of the order check out page.

Refund policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us and if you are not completely satisfied, just contact our Customer Service within 10 days after delivery of purchase to make arrangements for the return of your order and a refund. All charges will show up on your credit card statement as being charged to Christie's Basket Express.

All gift baskets are custom made after you place your order, any gift basket cancelled after it has been created will incur a 20% cancellation and restocking fee.

California Sales Tax

California Sales Tax (8.00%) will be added to all gift baskets and gift boxes purchased within California, even if being shipped to another state. California sales tax may not automatically show up on your order confirmation pages if gift baskets and gift boxes are shipped out of state.

Please call for specialized delivery charges for corporate events.

Napa Valley Delivery Charges are not automatically calculated. The UPS shipping charge will appear on your automated order confirmation page. We will correct any shipping charge before your order is processed with the correct Napa Valley Delivery charge (or Free Napa & Yountville delivery). After your order has been delivered, we will email you with the adjusted total and delivery confirmation.

For local deliveries please fill in the "Ship To" information on the order checkout page with your delivery information. Be sure to include the hotel name in the company space provided and the date the guests will be arriving.

 

7 Step Packaging Process

 

 

All gift baskets and gift boxes to be shipped must be packaged individually, and each will be charged for shipping. This charge will not appear on the automated order confirmation page. We will email you with the total.

*Shipping charges on orders over $225.00 are not automatically calculated on dimensional weight and the shipping charges that appear on the automated order confirmation page may not be the total shipping cost. We will email you with the total.

All shipping charges are based on dimensional weight and the shipping charges that appear on the automated order confirmation page may not be the total shipping cost. We will email you with the additional shipping cost.

Customer will be charged for an additional fee if the shipping address listed on order is incorrect or incomplete and has to be corrected by shipping company. If order is returned to us for incorrect or incomplete address, customer will be charged the return shipping fee.

Shipping charges listed apply only to shipments within the United States as we do not ship International.

Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska are shipped USPS and additional charges will be added to the above shipping charge. This charge will not appear on the automated order confirmation page. We will email you with the total before your order is processed for your approval.

Express Shipping is also available for an additional charge. Please request Express Shipping when placing your order in the "Special Instructions" section on the order checkout page. This charge will not appear on the automated order confirmation page. We will email you with the new total before your order is processed for your approval.
 


Each Christie's Gift Basket or Gift Box you order is either cello-wrapped for personal delivery or shrink-wrapped for shipping & handling. A handmade bow and one of our gold gift cards with your personal message custom printed inside is tied to each gift.

Due to supply and demand, we reserve the right to make substitutions for items of equal or greater value. During the warm summer months, we may have to make substitutions for chocolates in gift baskets or gift boxes that are shipped.
 


Wine Selection

Since there are over 200 wineries in the Napa Valley and each customer have their individual choice in wine, as a free service to our customers we make the arrangements for the specified Napa Valley wine you would like us to include in your Gift Basket or Gift Box purchase.

For an extensive showing of available wine and current prices, visit CalWine. Then in the "Wine Selection" section, below the required credit card expiration date on the order checkout page, tell us the name and price of the type of wine you have selected. We will then contact CalWine to make the arrangements for you. CalWine is a large supplier of fine wine in Napa Valley, and it allows for an array of Napa Valley varietals in different price ranges.

Once we have received the requested wine selection information we will make the final arrangements for your *credit card purchase from CalWine and your wine selection will be picked up and is securely placed in your chosen Gift Basket or Gift Box.

You can also order online from CalWine, and let them know that we will be picking up your wine purchase for you.

*Must be 21 years of age to purchase or receive wine.

*Due to these state shipping laws, gift baskets containing wine can not be shipped to the following states:
Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma. Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee and Utah.
Adult signatures are required on all wine shipments.


Sparkling Cider and Ariel Vineyards award winning dealcoholized wine is available for shipping to all states.
